ORR CYCLING – 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

 

We know you are going to love your new ORR Wheels & Adventure Bags but if for some reason, within 30 days of your order (like the sky is falling or a zombie apocalypse, etc.) you are unhappy, we will gladly assist you with an exchange, store credit or refund.

* Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (no return shipping labels will be provided).
*Returns are subject to a 10%-15% restocking fee to be deducted from the refund dependent on your choice of options below.
* Items purchased from another retail location other than orrcycling.com must be returned to the original point of sale location/website and their return policies will apply. 


TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN:
-Able to return your item(s) within 30 days from when you placed your order. Request for returns after 30 days will be denied.
-All Items must be in the same condition as you received them (New, Unused, with tags and complete with all straps/small parts where applicable). 
- Due to the sanitary nature of the product, any Hydro System Bladders/hoses that have been opened/removed from their factory sealed packaging are not subject to return.
- Final “sale” items are not eligible for returns. Items bought while on promotion sales are still eligible for returns but credits and refunds will only be given for the amount of the order purchase price.
- Provide proof of purchase in the form of an email receipt from online purchase or order number.


REQUEST APPROVAL FOR A RETURN:
- Log into your customer account here to request a return. 
- Once approved, you will be issued an RMA# based on your choice below. 
- Items returned to us without RMA#’s will be rejected.
- Items purchased from another retailer must be returned to your original point of sale.


OPTIONS FOR EXCHANGES, STORE CREDITS OR REFUNDS:

1) EXCHANGE — Return for an EXCHANGE for a different color or different item.
- No additional shipping or restocking fees will be deducted.
- We will assist with items of greater or lesser values.
- We will cover the replacement items shipping cost back to you (continental US only).

2)  STORE CREDIT — Return for a STORE CREDIT for the full order/item value.
- No additional shipping or restocking fees will be deducted.

3)  REFUND — Return for a REFUND to the original form of payment.
- Restocking Fees - 10% restocking fees on all wheels, 15% restocking fees on all   bags, apparel and accessories will be deducted from the refund.
- Our Original cost of shipping - ie what we pay USPS/UPS to ship your order to you   will be deducted from the refund.


Once you retuned items have been received, we will inspect them in a timely manner and process your exchange, credit or refund asap.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may use any shipping provider that you prefer (USPS, UPS, FedEX, etc). 

Depending on where you live and where you are shipping from, transit times may vary… therefore please allow several days for us to process any return. 

If you are shipping a wheelset, you must use a traceable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance is recommended. You are responsible for lost/damages incurred during return shipping and will need to file a claim with the shipping service you choose to use. 

Rejected Returns

If products do not meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy, they may be rejected. In these cases, the returned products may be shipped back to you and no refund will be issued.
